New Series of QP's freebies

I have decided to try something different. I have started an ABC quickpage Album for you using papers and elements from my kits designed for the SAS colour challenges and templates from Teriann Hanks. I have uploaded a Title page and the "A" page. They are in zip format and only 8" square, so they should suit everyone. I hope you like them. Please check back often, I hope to add at least one page every day :)

Another QP for you

Today I have a QP for you based, once again, on my submission for The Scrapping Garden Color Challenge. I have used a template designed by Megan of Racketty Scrappety fame. She has generously allowed me to use her templates to make QP's for you. Isn't she kind :) She has a great number of templates available on her website, so go check it out!

I have also been accepted to be on a CT Team at Digital Scrap Garden. I am now a proud member of Nathalie's CT Team and today made my first LO for her. This is a LO using her "Vintage Roses" kit, which is just gorgeous! I designed a template for this layout from a pagemap by Becky Fleck.

Journaling reads: "These are some pics of My Family. All my children and me are in the centre. Then there is a wedding photo of my Parents and one of me and my Gary."

I have really busy making stuff for challenges as well. Here are a couple of QPs I designed for the QP exchange at Color Line Design. These layouts were made with Kellie's "A Little Bird Told Me Addon" which is a lovely kit.

This is a picture of my son and his friend searching for treasure on Brighton Beach in Victoria, Australia. I love this photo and the QP really lends itself to a landscape picture.

Another QP I made for a challenge is a 2nd one for an exchange at Blushbutter.

This used her "Gentle" kit. Isnt it just gorgeous!!

I have spent the weekend working on some quickpages based on my submission to The Scrapping Garden for their April 08 Colour Challenge. I will try to post a new page every day so please keep checking back for updates. I have made the QP's in 12" square format and also in Rectangle format. I hope that you like them. QP challenge for Blushbutter

I decided to share some of my layouts that I have been doing. This latest is my submission to Blushbutter's QP exchange. Her kits are absolutely stunning and this exchange is based on her new kit called "Gentle".

I'm still here

Hi all, well, my good intentions of sharing a new posting everyday went out the window when we went away for the weekend and I forgot to take the modem for the laptop with me. Oh well!



We had a great time camping on the banks of the River Murray halfway between Morgan and Waikerie. Hogwash Bend has been a favourite spot for us for a few years now, but it has all changed. The landowners have fenced off the majority of the site for "Re-Vegetation" and so there is now only the flat sand beach area to camp on. We chose a site under a huge gum tree that was just off the road as we didn't want to get bogged in the sand and had a wonderful time. There was supposed to be little chance of rain while we were away but every time we go to Hogwash, it rains and this visit was no different LOL It rained Thursday night and almost all of Friday, but Saturday was gorgeous!



Home again late Sunday afternoon and then the inevitable loads of washing that one seems to get from going camping :)



Today, I have a landscape version of my first QP for those of you that use the different size. Thanks again to Andrea Gold for her templates, I am so pleased that I can get a commercial licence for these templates, it has made making QP's to share so easy.

You know how it is, first you don't know where to begin...... then you don't know how to stop LOL

New to all this!

Hi all and welcome to my Blog. I am really new to this, so bear with me as I mumble through :)


I am new to the world of Blogging, but have started doing some basic digital scrapbook designing and wanted somewhere to show-off LOL so here I am. Hopefully I will figure out how to upload some of my designs here that I would love to share with you.

I am sitting here trying to work this out listening to my 12yo son, Nicholas, singing. Or at least, he thinks he's singing! he sounds like the seagull in "The Little Mermaid", anyone remember that awful noise ? But he is happy, so I'm not really complaining.
