What's Cookin'

Here is a card I created using a personal cutter file by Diana's Designs from Paperthreads. I used DW00003-Witches Brew, a file that would typically be used for Halloween, but I wanted to create something that was a bit more everyday and this is the result. I went mad with my Kindy Glitz (Stickles) and made lots of bubbles coming out of the Brew! LOL

quite pleased with the way it turned out :)

Sketch Challenge at Paperthreads

Paperthreads is holding a new Sketch Challenge for this month. You have a sketch for inspiration and get a free cutter (Klic-N-Kut, Cricut, Pazzles etc) file for signing up and have a chance to win another file or gorgeous paper from Paper Temptress.

This is my layout. The pictures are of my gorgeous nephew Luke who lives in Japan. I asked a friend of mine to knit him a jumper for his birthday with an Australian animal on the front and this is the result. Fortunately Luke loved it!

I have used several cutter files digitally, DW00033-Circle and Oval Spirelli and DW00340-Swirls, on this page as well as SS00085-Spring Splendor, a digital scraping kit.

Spring

I have been working on another Card Template. I was inspired to create this card looking through my latest Cardmaking magazine and wanted to work with Diana's DW00241 -Butterfly file.

This is the result.

I am so happy with this card, I love the colours and although the Butterflies were a fiddle as I made them so small, they turned out really well.

I actually cut the cutter files out on my KNK but then, after I scanned them into the computer, used them digitally to make these layouts!

New Creations using DW00329 - Paper Flowers

Diana has just uploaded several new digital cutter collections to her Store at Paperthreads. Here are some things I created using just one of those collections - Paper Flowers.

This layout is of my bestest online friend Pam. I had sent here an Australian T-Shirt and pen set which she showed off for the camera! I used heaps of flowers and leaves from this collection to decorate this layout!

Creation using some of Diana's Designs

This is a card I have designed using a personal cutter file by Diana's Designs of Paperthreads.

JOY was a freebie available on Diana's Blog and has a style applied to it. The Dandelion is also a cutter file that I have used in shades of gray to suggest stamping, I like the final effect.
